Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Agadir Tours Guide. To secure your booking:

• A deposit or full payment may be required
• You must provide accurate personal information
• You must be at least 18 years old to book

2. Payments

We accept payments via:

• Cash (on arrival for some tours)
• Bank transfer
• Credit/debit cards (processed securely by third-party providers)

All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by tour:

• Day tours: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure
• Multi-day tours: Free cancellation up to 7 days before departure
• No-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

4. Changes by Us

We reserve the right to:

• Modify itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational reasons
• Cancel tours with full refund if minimum participants aren't met
• Substitute vehicles, guides, or accommodations when necessary

5. Participant Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Arrive at meeting points on time
• Follow guide instructions for safety
• Respect local customs and laws
• Inform us of any medical conditions or special needs
• Have valid travel insurance (recommended)

6. Liability

Agadir Tours Guide is not liable for:

• Personal injury or loss of life
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Consequences of participant negligence
• Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

Our liability is limited to the tour price paid.

7. Insurance

We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Trip cancellation
• Medical expenses
• Personal accident
• Emergency evacuation
• Lost luggage

8. Complaints

If you have any complaints during your tour:

1. Inform your guide immediately
2. If unresolved, contact our office via WhatsApp or email
3. Submit a written complaint within 14 days of tour completion

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Agadir, Morocco.
